Services / Automation
Scripts you keep,
not tickets you raise.
PowerShell, PowerCLI and Ansible for the estate; Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and Jenkins for delivery. Every engagement leaves code in your repository, not knowledge in our heads.

Automation
What we do
Automation that removes the repeated, risky parts of running infrastructure.
- 01Estate automationPowerShell and PowerCLI for VMware, Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365: reports, bulk changes and checks that run on a schedule.
- 02Configuration managementAnsible playbooks for Linux and Windows builds, patch baselines and drift correction.
- 03ContainersDocker images and Compose stacks, Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts for internal applications.
- 04Delivery pipelinesJenkins pipelines that build, test and deploy, with the infrastructure steps scripted rather than clicked.
- 05Self-service for the service deskWrapped scripts for common requests (new starters, mailbox moves, VM builds) with logging.
- 06Documentation as codeAs-built reports generated from the live estate, so the documentation is never out of date.
Technology
Platforms we work with
- PowerShell
- PowerCLI
- Ansible
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Helm
- Jenkins
- Git
- Bash
- Datto RMM
- Azure CLI
- AWS CLI
We write in the languages your team already reads. Code is delivered to your repository with a short read-me and a test run on your estate.
How an engagement runs
Five steps, written down
Every engagement follows the same steps, with written plans and a rollback for each change.
- 01AssessUnderstand your goals, environment and challenges.
- 02ArchitectDesign the right solution for your needs.
- 03MigratePlan and execute with minimal disruption.
- 04OptimiseImprove performance, resilience and cost efficiency.
- 05SupportOngoing expertise to keep you secure and ahead.
Deliverables
What you receive
Repeated manual change is how estates drift. A script does it the same way on the hundredth server as on the first. Every engagement ends with documents and code you own.
- Scripts and playbooks in your Git repository
- A read-me and a recorded walkthrough for each
- Scheduled jobs with logging and alerting
- Pipeline definitions as code
- A list of the manual tasks still left
Experience
Experience behind it
From the founder’s own project history. Clients are described, not named.
- PowerShell across the stackScripts for Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365 and VMware PowerCLI used daily on MSP customer estates.
- Deployment pipelinesBuilt and ran DevOps processes with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm to automate software build and release.
- RMM at scalePackage deployment and maintenance across customer estates through Datto RMM central management.
FAQ
Questions we hear
Will we be able to maintain the code?
Yes. That is the point. We write plainly, comment the why, and walk your team through it before handover.
Terraform or Bicep?
We use what your estate already uses. For new Azure landing zones we scope infrastructure-as-code as part of the migration.
Can you automate our VMware health checks?
Yes. The checks from a health check engagement can be left behind as scheduled PowerCLI jobs that email a report.
